I understand the body as soft and inconsistent, it gives in and easily breaks, is infected, infects others, moulds and bends, disappears and creates, emerges, is something else again. My work looks at the uncertainty that lies between body and world. I am interested in how bodies, worlds, physical realities and imaginaries emerge through sensation. The physical body is the fundament of my work. From there I explore how the human interfuses with the divine, animality, the machine and the potential of dreaming.
